После того как эффект затмения прошел, продолжайте кастить Звездный огонь до следующего его критического эффекта. После этого над вашей головой появится Очень Большая Желтая Луна(ОБЖЛ). Это значит что сработало солнечное затмение и у Вас на 15 секунд урон от заклинания Гнев увеличен на 40%.Помните, что лунное затмение вызывается от критического эффекта заклинания Гнев с вероятностью 60%, солнечное затмение — от критического эффекта заклинания Звездный огонь с вероятностью 100%.Эти два эффекта не могут быть активированы одновременно. Также нельзя вызвать два подряд одинаковых затмения, то есть их нужно чередовать. При этом не забывайте обновлять Лунный огонь ВСЕГДА когда он заканчивается, и Рой насекомых ПРИ солнечном затмении И если лунный огонь будет висеть еще 7 секунд или более.В противном случае вы только потеряете дпс.

Why does someone have to claim an account just to ask about the Druid information? I have discord already installed on my pc and use it for my guild comms, as well as friends’ comms. I don’t want a separate account, but would like to just add a link to chat for my new druid in order to ask questions and learn how to play one.

I would like to see a Glyph implemented where we can change our Boomkin form to a normal form (much like Glyph of Stars) but we stay in our Racial appearance. So we can choose to play as a Night elf Druid and look like a Night Elf whilst in combat and not a celestial form or Owl form. This would be nice especially with the new character Customisations its a shame we can only appreciate those changes when out of combat.

I gotta say I really liked the talent guide for solo/levelling as I’m more of a balance offspec than a main, but I found the rotation/ability guide a lot more complicated than the equivalent icy veins balance one. The changes from BFA detailed here are really useful though and helps me understand why it’s currently written the way it is, but there needs to be some follow up to make it more consistent throughout the rotation page, particularly how massively the two finishers have changed. More detailed feedback on the rotation page itself.

The situational usefulness of Shadowmeld outweighs most other racial perks that could come into play with the Druid class. It is true that you can produce more damage with a Troll Druid, but I can’t count the number of times I’ve used Shadowmeld in a PVE situation to keep myself from being overwhelmed and killed. It simply is one of the most useful racial traits in the game.

Maintaining ‘Rattle the Stars’ buff is tedious. It’ll become easier with more Haste, but in the Vault of the Incarnates it’s very annoying.

The stacks reset when using

Incarn, you do however keep the stacks of your current eclipse when proccing

Mastery Update

Mastery is now composed of 4 separate parts:

  • A passive effect that always applies to Arcane & Astral spells
  • A passive effect that always applies to Nature & Astral spells
  • A dynamic effect that applies to Arcane & Astral spells on targets debuffed by Moonfire
  • A dynamic effect that applies to Nature & Astral spells on targets debuffed by Sunfire

Each part is independent and multiplies with each other.

  • Damage of all abilities increased by 2%.
  • Nature’s Grace now grants 10% Haste (was 15%).
  • Power of Goldrinn damage increased by 20%. Moved to where Starlord was located in Fractures in Time.

  • Rattle the Stars has been redesigned – It is no longer a buff that stacks when you cast

  • Orbital Strike has been redesigned – Call down a bombardment of celestial energy over the target area, blasting all enemies for Astral damage and applying Stellar Flare to them for 16 seconds. Generates 30 Astral Power. Orbital Strike still hits enemies in a 40 yard line and has a 90 second cooldown. Now a choice node with Wild Mushroom. Reverted due to PvP
  • Fungal Growth has been removed. Wild Mushrooms now includes the effects of
    Fungal Growth.
  • Wild Mushroom’s damage has been reduced by 20% and the
    Fungal Growth damage over time has been reduced to 60% of
    Wild Mushroom’s damage (was 70%).
    Fungal Growth’s damage over time now deals damage over 10 seconds (was 8 seconds).
  • Astral Invocation(Mastery) gives 2/3rds of its value at all times and the remaining value through
    Moonfire and
    Sunfire like now.
  • The talent positions of
    Aetherial Kindling and
    Lunar Shrapnel were swapped.
  • Shooting Stars damage increased by 15%.

Balance Druid Utility

Besides their damage, Balance Druids bring the following raid buffs & debuffs to a raid:

Gift of the WildCompletely unique utility that only Druids bring. You only need 1 Druid for it, but every raid will want at least 1 Druid just for this. Balance Druids may occasionally skip the Improved Mark of the Wild talent, but usually you’ll be taking that talent and thus buffing the raid.

InnervateAlso completely unique Druid utility. The more Innervates you have, the easier some of the more mana-demanding fights will be for your raid. There’s a good amount of different mana regen mechanics in Wrath, so you won’t need it for yourself as much anymore as a Boomkin, meaning it’ll be more common for you to help a healer out.

Combat Resurrection – RebirthDruids are 1 of the 2 classes that possess the ability to resurrect someone in combat, which is always going to be a massive boon for your raid. Every expansion there are more and more methods of wipe prevention, but Rebirth will always be the best among them!

5% spell crit (does not stack) – Moonkin AuraDisaster has struck — Blizzard has made this must-bring raid buff not exclusive to us Boomies anymore, as Elemental Shamans provide it with their Elemental Oath now as well. Many raids will elect not to bring an Elemental Shaman, in which case it’ll be up to you to buff your raid with this very important buff, but this is a nerf that stung a little.

5% armor reduction (does not stack) – Faerie FireEvery raid will want to bring this debuff. Feral Druids have a really easy time applying it, and Warlocks can now offer it too with their Curse of Weakness. However, as the Improved Faerie Fire debuff increases your damage, you’ll always be casting Faerie Fire, even if you don’t strictly speaking need to be the one to reduce the target’s armor.

3% increased spell hit debuff (does not stack) – Improved Faerie FireOur bread-and-butter debuff is reworked, now benefiting our fellow casters rather than the stinky melee. Shadow Priests can also offer it with their Misery, but even so, the fact that having the debuff up increases your own damage means you’ll always be casting it — even if you don’t absolutely need to be the one to bring this debuff.

13% increased spell damage debuff (does not stack) – Earth and MoonBlizzard decided that we needed even more utility, giving us access to the must-have 13% spell damage debuff. Previously exclusive to Warlocks (Curse of the Elements) and now offered by Unholy Death Knights (Ebon Plaguebringer) as well. The good news is that we’re amazing at applying it, as we do so automatically as part of our DPS rotation. DKs are better at applying it in AoE thanks to their Pestilence, but it’ll very often be your responsibility — specially in 10-man raids.

3% haste (does not stack) – Improved Moonkin AuraApparently Blizzard thought our utility still wasn’t enough! Boomkins are 1 of 2 specs in the game that can provide this brand-new haste buff to your raid, the other being Ret Paladins with Swift Retribution. Our version however is flat out better, as the talent boosts our individual damage as well, while it does absolutely nothing for Rets — meaning that this incredible buff is your domain!

20% attack speed slow debuff (does not stack) – HurricaneBack when Hurricane had a 1-minute cooldown, its attack speed reduction component was more or less a meme — nobody in their right mind would mention it as a serious upside. However, now that its cooldown is gone and you can spam it to your heart’s content, the fact that it applies this handy little debuff is actually a great boon for us, as you can passively help your tank survive dangerous AoE situations.

How to level your Balance Druid. Leveling tips

Many people find it difficult to level a Balance Druid in Shadowlands, but it doesn’t have to be. You may sail through the levels on your journey to max level with the appropriate attitude and awareness of how to utilize your class skills and ability tree.

  • It’s been brought up quite a bit, but Starfall is your biggest cooldown. Know it, learn it, love it.
  • Force of Nature is still a solid DPS cooldown. Just make sure you use them when you can get the full duration of the Treants.
  • You’ll still have Innervate to give people mana. This has been reworked to no longer be based off of the target’s spirit. Instead, the targeted player will regen 225% of your base mana. This opens up more people to see the full effect of Innervate.
  • Of course, Rebirth is still a key raid cooldown.
