Rainbow Six Siege

Try Out The Best Split Screen Games For Your PC

Before you start commenting “A few games are not SPLIT-SCREEN” and bring your pitchforks, I’d personally like to explain that most split-screen games share the same genre, gameplay, etc.
Halo The Master Chief Collection offers split-screen, but it plays similar to Call of Duty since both are arcade shooters. Same goes for Borderlands. Most racers have split-screen, so we can’t put them all but we tried to cover different racing styles ranging from arcade to simulation etc
. We have actually opted for a few games that serve the same purpose as split-screen games, which is couch co-op experience on a single shared screen. Still, if you think there are some other amazing split-screen games out there then feel free to mention them in the comments below and we’ll probably put up an honorable mentions section for them.

Симулятор охоты на исполинских монстров Monster Hunter World прекрасно играется и в одиночном режиме, радуя многообразием снаряжения и впечатляющим бестиарием, в котором практически каждое создание впечатляет не столько размерами, сколько уникальными особенностями. Каждый монстр требует индивидуального подхода, из-за чего сафари на виртуальных кайдзю оборачиваются настоящим испытанием хитрости, ловкости и интеллекта игрока. В таких условиях крайне полезна функция кооперативной игры, которую после прохождения пролога Monster Hunter World предоставляет всем охотникам.

И без того увлекательный игровой процесс при наличии друзей еще сильнее расцветает, открывая широкий доступ к разнообразным тактикам умерщвления монстров. Основная и беспроигрышная стратегия – экипировать каждого участника команды уникальным оружием. Таким образом, первый игрок может усиливать способности сопартийцев охотничьим горном, второй и третий танковать в ближнем бою, приняв весь урон на себя, а четвертый с дальнобойного оружия подстреливать монстра. Звучит не особо замысловато, но благодаря практически эталонному геймплею Monster Hunter World с легкостью попадает в наш топ лучших игр для кооперативного прохождения.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 часто фигурирует во всевозможных топах лучших ролевых игр в истории,  радуя фанатов RPG богатым простором для отыгрыша разнообразных персонажей: от нежити, одним своим видом наводящей страх на деревенских жителей, до странного чародея, способного разговаривать с животными и выведывать у них секреты. Разнообразие нелинейных квестов и боевая система, завязанная на физике и стихиях – еще парочка достоинств, которые не позволяют пройти мимо высокооцененной RPG. Но, пожалуй, наиболее необычная особенность Divinity: Original Sin 2 – наличие кооперативного прохождения.

Да, как ни странно, Larian Studios создали практически эталонную изометрическую ролевую игру на 100 часов геймплея, уместив в сложный концепт возможность пройти ее в партии до 4 человек. Сразу оговоримся, что очевидных геймплейных преимуществ от кооперативного прохождения Divinity: Original Sin 2 не стоит ждать. Ценность совместного режима заключается в добавлении элемента хаоса в игру, когда каждый участник команды умышленно (или нет) действует не по плану, что приводит к обилию комических ситуаций.

Overcooked 2

Все, кто работал поваром или пытался приготовить в короткие сроки разнообразный ужин для десятка человек наверняка согласятся с тем, что кухня – эпицентр хаоса на планете Земля. Этой же мысли придерживаются авторы Overcooked 2, предлагая команде до 4 игроков примерить на себя роль работников кухни. Задачи, как и следовало ожидать, достаточно предсказуемые – успеть в отведённые сроки нарезать продукты, мыть посуду и постоянно чертыхаться от неумолимо растущего перечня сложных блюд, которые заказывают искушенные гурманы.

Дополнительную сложность привносят разнообразные условия прохождения уровней, вроде расколотой пополам кухни, что вынуждает на несколько действий вперед продумывать свои решения – и все это в реактивных условиях и недостатке времени. Overcooked 2 – отличная игра для коопа, одна из лучших, требующих постоянно сотрудничать с товарищами на кухне, но именно поэтому велика вероятность после нескольких часов геймплея испортить отношения со старыми приятелями. С другой стороны, Overcooked 2 – лучшая возможность опробовать дружбу на прочность.

Snipperclips

На чем играть: NSwitch

В число лучших кооперативных игр справедливо входит не получившая большой известности, но тем не менее безмерно увлекательная головоломка Snipperclips. Ее главный недостаток, как и достоинство – эксклюзивность для консоли Nintendo Switch. Недостаток, потому что ограниченное количество людей на постсоветском пространстве смогут ознакомиться с проектом студии SFB Games, а достоинство заключается в уникальной специфике консоли Nintendo и двух джойконах, из-за чего в любой момент можно приступить к кооперативной игре – достаточно найти лишь друга, который возьмёт на себя роль второго напарника.

Геймплейно Snipperclips напоминает основанные на физике головоломки вроде Crayon Physics Deluxe, но с уникальной «фишкой» — возможности вырезать из аватаров героев разнообразные фигуры, необходимые для решения конкретной задачи. Идея звучит настолько же просто, насколько и гениально реализована в игре благодаря сотне уникальных уровней. Другими словами – всячески рекомендуем всем владельцам Nintendo Switch.

Rocket League

Worms Armageddon

Worms Armageddon is another not-your-typical split-screen title. Instead, it’s more of a local co-op game. However, Worms Armageddon is considered to be one of the best local multiplayer games
that provides an immense amount of fun and entertainment for everyone. Even watching the game is really fun, but playing it with your friends is beyond exciting. Use a plethora of weird and funny weapons and tools to dismantle your enemies and blow them to oblivion. Create a team of different players and go head-to-head in a team versus match. Enjoy the hilarious battles and crazy sound effects along with your friends. Worms Armageddon is definitely a must try if you’re having friends over for game night.

Borderlands 3

В Borderlands 3, как и в случае с предыдущими частями серии, можно играть одному. Можно даже получать от этого удовольствие, за что стоит сказать спасибо полному юмора и отсылок на массовую культуру постмодернистскому сюжету, узнаваемой красочной стилистике и возведенному в абсолют геймплею лутер-шутера, где есть буквально миллионы разнообразных пушек. Но если вы желаете получить от игры максимум удовольствия, то добро пожаловать в кооперативный режим Borderlands 3.

Наличие компании друзей в контексте «Борды» — это намного больше, чем просто способ сделать игровой процесс веселее. Например, в кооперативе значительно меньше шанс помереть от шальной пули в разгаре битвы, ведь напарник всегда может поднять упавшего на колени изможденного товарища. То же самое касается и прохождения особо сложных участков игры, так как несколько персонажей могут намного проще противостоять ордам врагов благодаря умелой комбинации способностей друг друга. Наконец, чтобы повысить удовольствие от совместной игры разработчики ввели специальный режим, в котором выпавшее из врага снаряжение уникальное для каждого игрока.

Don’t Starve Together

Don’t Starve Together унаследовала геймплейную основу от своего предшественника Don’t Starve, поэтому уже через несколько часов становится очевидно, что игра ненавидит вас, вашего соседа и даже вашу кошку. Don’t Starve Together абсолютно безжалостна и заставит вашего героя умирать десятки, а то и сотни раз самыми нелепыми и жестокими смертями. Другими словами – это эталонная игра в жанре выживание. Наличие кооператива не сильно упростит жизнь в причудливом, вдохновленном произведениями Тима Бертона мире, но способно разнообразить мазохистский игровой процесс.

Дополнительную ценность Don’t Starve Together привносят уникальные игровые механики. Конечно, вы можете вместе с товарищем заниматься строительством фермы, сбором ресурсов и исследованием локаций, но несколько игровых режимов, в числе которых «Свободный», «Бесконечный» и «Выживание» внесут свои коррективы в игровой процесс. Отдельного внимания заслуживает режим «Бесконечный» и «Выживание», где каждый игрок после гибели превращается в призрака, способного докучать другим игрокам на карте. Разумеется, кооператив – это в первую очередь про кооперацию, сотрудничество, но немного пакостей не помещает в игре, где страдания – часть игрового процесса.
